Happy May 1!

Today I am stoked to share a free 1 month workout plan at home I created for YOU!  Download the May 2019 workout plan calendar or, if May has passed, print off the 4 week workout calendar and plug in your start date. Either way this is a balanced workout program designed and ready for you to use!

1 Month Workout Plan at Home

Here are the details about the program:

  • 6 workouts a week + 1 day to get outside and walk
  • Fitness yoga workouts
  • Strength training workouts
  • Core workout
  • Includes full length workout videos to follow
  • Minimal equipment – all you need is a yoga mat,  pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell (or even another dumbbell)
  • 20-30 minutes of time a day (that includes your warm up + cool down!)

The workouts are short – just 20-30 minutes.  They are designed to fit into your life whether you’re waking early to squeeze it in, planning it during your lunch break or after work with little ones running around.  It’s a time frame that is workable in LIFE!
