What has your yoga journey been like? I can remember one of the very first yoga workout videos I did at home. It was a 90 minute P90X yoga video and dang what a challenging yoga class to start with! I’ve always loved that particular yoga video, but if I’m looking at it objectively, it’s not a very basic beginner yoga class.
You know what is? Today’s new video! I created a 15 minute beginner yoga class for those new to yoga, or for anyone looking for a slower paced class.
