Have you ever seen those shirts that say “burpees hate you too” (found one here!). I think they are so funny!
People often dislike burpees because they are a tough full body exercise. They are effective though! That’s why, for YEARS, I’ve been including my yoga burpees in my fitness yoga classes. I’d say they are a class favorite, bahaha.
I’ve shared my love for yoga burpees in a few of my workout videos, but today, it is ALL about the yoga burpee!
