I can’t wait to give these 5 minute workouts a try! Would you ever consider doing a standing ab workout? Years ago there was a video I used for that, but the video is no longer available. I found it incredibly helpful, but don’t have enough knowledge to make up my own moves. 😉 I have some back problems and have found standing workouts are better than workouts laying on my back.
