I’m so excited to share this week’s new workout video with you guys – it’s a 30 minute full body cardio yoga flow!
I love this style of fitness yoga because I get my body warm, get my breath going with me and I feel like I accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. Also, the room I recorded in heated up with the sun shining in so it basically turned into quite a hot yoga session for me. Sweat city!
In this 30 minute fitness yoga workout we will build strength while moving through a yoga flow with each breath. If you’re ever in a yoga practice and your breath just doesn’t match with the teach, guess what? You can always take the moves at your own pace and with your own breath. Make it work for you!
