What a fun week! We had such amazing sunny like weather, I launched the new Body Pump 109 to all of my Body Pump classes and had a date night + concert with Jacob last night! It’s officially spring and I love that!
On the flip size, I’ve had 2 kids with fevers but today I’m choosing to focus on the positives. Sure, I could get down about being woken up no less than 5 times last night, but I think there is always a silver living if you look for it. I comforted my baby when she just wasn’t feeling good (she’s getting a second tooth!) and even though those multiple times a night wake ups are rough (so rough mama!), they pass and that sweet sound of listening to her sleep in my arms passes so quickly too and she’s no longer a baby. So even though I’m tired and wish I could have gotten solid sleep, I’m okay with it.
Maybe you’re not getting woken up at night but something else is stealing your time. Maybe you feel overworked, overwhelmed and just plain tired from LIFE. Maybe you feel like you just can find the time to hit the gym and take in your favorite class. – but you still want to MOVE!
