I am so excited to finally unveil the curtain on what I’ve been working on – my new YouTube channel ASANA STRENGTH!
You guys, I cannot believe my YouTube channel is here! I’ve been dreaming up ways to share my love for fitness yoga and teaching and have finally created the space for it.
I mentioned this in Monday’s podcast episode ‘add more goodness‘, but teaching brings me so much freaking joy.
Like so much joy.
I absolutely love every aspect of it. But here’s the catch – I have 4 kids and can’t be teaching classes all the time! I have a full enough schedule running all over town, but I wanted to share more. Share more of my fitness yoga specifically, but also strength training as well.
I think BOTH are so important in overall health. I honestly don’t think just one type of workout can hit everything and do everything that you’re looking for. But I do think fitness yoga is an ahhhhh-mazing compliment and building block in a workout schedule.
So now, you can join me for some fitness yoga and strength training!

Sooooo, what is fitness yoga?
A relaxing yet challenging mind and body workout. Class incorporates yoga postures and flows into a fitness based class that will create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Personally I have benefited an amazing amount from adding a consistent yoga practice in over these last 8 years. I believe with my whole heart that we need a balance between being both strong and flexible, and I can help you with that. This is why I’ll be incorporating strength training (without yoga) into my channel and here as well! So much good stuff is coming your way.

Starting the ASANA STRENGTH YouTube Channel
It was a labor of love getting everything figured out – between my camera troubles, music (which isn’t there), figuring out YouTube, editing the videos and all that is involved in creating a video, it was a lot! I am definitely still have SO much to learn.
But I am doing it. (and being okay with it not being perfect)
Making strides and I’m so pumped about it.
I asked this a while back on my Instagram stories, but do you do yoga? 41% said yes, 59% said no in my (very scientific) pole.
Now you tell me, do you practice yoga weekly? Do you want to do more yoga? What are your favorite type of workouts you do weekly (or want to add in)?
