As I was watching Minute To Win It last night, and the group of kids were talking about how blessed they are, I couldn’t help but think about how blessed I feel.
I’m happy. I have a wonderful husband, home to live in and funny animals that make me smile.
I have supportive family that I get to see often. It’s always so much fun at family get-togethers. We love games and the newest series of games we’ve been playing are Minute To Win It challenges.
I started a new job this week that’s really close to my parents house so I get to see my mom on my lunch breaks. Plus my mom runs with me which is awesome.
Great friends. New home beer brewing club + house church we joined.
Jacob and I have been rocking our budget and slowing getting out debt/savings ratio on track.
I feel blessed to have this growing site. It’s so much fun for me to post and share with you guys. Plus the newest addition of workout videos is something I’ve thought about for a while and am so glad I finally did!
I’m just 2 months away from getting AFAA group certified, then I hope to teach a few classes a week. I cannot wait for that!
Sometimes when live seems so busy, if you just take a moment to stop and think about what you have going on, you’ll just feel blessed.
Enough mushy stuff for today.
Tomorrow I’ll share a new video! Get ready for an upper body burner.
What do you feel blessed for?

Such a happy, uplifting post Heather. I too feel very blessed with the abundance in my life. Last night I saw a film simply titled “Happy” The people with the least material goods seem to be the happiest…..interesting.
I feel blessed to be living with someone who loves me so much, for the past f years (TODAY!). I take him for granted sometimes, and I shouldn’t.
I can’t wait to see your exercise video!! Great idea. I need some motivation…

I feel blessed that although my husband is overseas, he’s in a relatively safe spot; work is going great and my running is improving!
