Good morning! Can’t believe it’s already Wednesday. This week is really flying by.
Tonight I teach my very last body pump class until after Hunter is born. 🙁 We are in our new launch release week, which means team teaching! Last night I taught with Kim and Keri and had such a blast with those girls.
We launched body pump 81, which is full of TONS of reps, and not as much rest. Gotta like that making those muscles work.
It was a really hart pounding workout. Squats with no rest, so many clean and presses during the back track to get that heart rate up and a bicep combo that really fatigues your arms.
Even the tricep track was a little different – it just focused on 3 exercises but got your muscles to the point of exhaustion.
My favorite track of the release had to be lunges. The song is so upbeat + fun, and those propulsion lunges are always a blast for everyone there. I love seeing all the smiles when they’re jumping up in the air.
For a little while I wondered if I’d make it to the launch or have Hunter before, but I’m so glad I made it. Launches are a blast!
One more tonight, then who knows, maybe I’ll just be a participant in class until he arrives.

Let me just tell you how hilarious it is the first time you do a row post pregnancy. You automatically stop where you tummy used to be! I busted out laughing the first time 🙂 Glad you made it to the launch

Wow, I cannot believe that you made it teaching body pump this far into your pregnancy. Good for you Heather! I did a strength training workout this morning, and couldn’t help wonder how long I’ll be able to keep it up for!

such a cute bump!! I need to get back into body pump! I’ve been doing more cycling and reformer pilates but I do miss it.
How do you like reformer Pilates? I’ve never tried it before but have always been interested.
