Excited for you and happy to support you with this purchase!! And excited for me and my kiddos with some new muffins to try and bake together!
Thank you, Christina! Means so much. Cannot wait to hear your family’s fav muffin recipe!
Hello, just wondering what are all the flours that you use in the muffin recipes? Are there any other staples that are used often?
Thanks
Hi Rachel! Great question. The 3 main flours used are almond flour, oat flour, and coconut flour. I wanted to keep them pretty minimal so you wouldn’t have to keep dozens of flours on hand! Staples like baking soda, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, oils, etc are also needed, but nothing too out there that you wouldn’t be able to find at a regular grocery store. Hope that helps!
Thank you, I just got my copy in the mail and it looks awesome!! Love the fact that it doesn’t have a bunch of different flours that you have to buy and excited to find a muffin book that’s kid friendly and healthy 🙂
Yay, excited for you to bake from it! Can’t wait to hear what your favorite recipe is 🙂
