I am excited to re-air this podcast episode with Dr. Jess all about CBD oil! If you’re reading this or listening in around when this episode airs, you know the world is in a more intense state as we are dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Stress is higher and worry is greater.
I’ve been seeing a lot more chatter around people using CBD to help with anxiety, and I thought it was the perfect time to re-air this previous episode on the topic!
And also on a real life note, the week went totally different than planned with my kids being out of school (for 6 weeks).
Not bad, but I had to shift priorities around and I didn’t get the opportunity to record the episode I had planned. So it’s a win-win because I wanted to re-air this podcast and it feels like the perfect moment.
