I love meeting like minded people from all over the place and Holly sure is one of them! We connected years back and let me tell you, it has been so fun seeing her life change as she became a mom, a barre3 instructor and a business owner!
This week Holly joined me on the podcast! It’s cold and flu season right now, so I wanted to sit down and have a girlfriend chat all about how Holly and I keep our families healthy during this season, along with the approach we take when sickness does strike.
The funny part about this is that I initially had to reschedule our call because I was sick! I had a cold go to my chest and my voice turned into a man voice. A quiet man voice. Sometimes germs happen (especially with 4 littles!) even when we do our best and that is okay. We just keep on trying!
Winter wellness tips
In episode 54 of Fit Mama Real Food Radio Holly Cooper, the owner of Seattle Elderberry, joins me to chat all about how we keep our families healthy along with what we do when illnesses strike. We talk about immune boosting supplements, food choices, homeopathy (so interesting!) and of course, elderberry syrup (which we both love!).
