Gina shared how macro tracking is really helpful for her right now as a busy mom of two. She was finding that she wasn’t eating enough of the right foods and tracking has been really helpful for her. Girl, I can relate! You just get busy with the kids and taking care of others… but then we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.
