A day behind, but still feeling on track, I got right to my sit ups for the 200 sit up challenge at lunch time.
Mom and I powered through the 5 sets… her beating me at the end because a) her abs are solid and b) I said I didn’t want to get sweaty before going back to work. What? It’s a hot day and I wore jeans. Crazy me.
Week 2 – DAY 1
REST 60 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET (LONGER IF REQUIRED)
SET 1: 21
SET 2: 21
SET 3: 15
SET 4: 15
SET 5: max (at least 22)
Finished my max with 100, mom with 120.
So we did our thing, I ran through my audition for tomorrow with her (a warm up song + 1 workout song) then it was back to work.
Sit ups done.
Earlier today I was reading on Trading Up Downtown ways to streamline your weeknights. It got me thinking that I could really try picking up a bit more everyday, even just 10 minutes a day. 10 minutes is nothing so 10 minutes I did. Tina, you are going to make my hubby very happy if when I keep this up.
10 minutes quickly went by and I picked up the dining room table, put away some clothes and cleaned the downstairs bathroom.
Pick up done.
Now it’s time to sit down, relax, digest dinner and maybe play some card games. New beer will be ready tomorrow so this’ll be one of the glasses of IRA for a while… Mainly because they are just about gone.
Sit down done.

SUCH a good point! this morning when i was getting dressed i also hung up my other clothing that needed to get hung up! i feel like it made the WORLD of a difference haha. every little bit helps right!
I am so bad about rehanging clothes back up! About to go get my 10 minutes in then make din!
I do the “clean during commercial breaks” a few times everyday. Because if I have to spend a whole saturday cleaning, I won’t do it…
What do I do, Netflix has no commercials?! 😉 All day cleaning is no fun… I never really do it either.
That’s a good idea about tidying everyday. I’ll have to try it!
