First up a run with this guy.

Then post-run stretching of course.

I saw that rocky climb and thought, hmmmm…that looks familiar! I went to your About page and it looks like you are from Oregon?! I’m from Portland (living in Chicago right now)! I so miss home and will actually be there for a week at the end of the month. So excited!
So cool! I actually live in Vancouver right across the bridge. Love this area… I’m sure I’d miss it too if I was away! Jacob and I hiked Beacon Rock yesterday. Have you ever done that one?
No, only driven by it on the way to Multnomah Falls 🙂 My mom and I plan to go hiking in the gorge while I’m home so I’ll have to check it out!
Definily do! It’s a really quick hike up and the views are amazing… justt like everything there.
