What I eat in a day
I love seeing and being inspired by what others eat in a day. Sometimes we get in a rut with food and eat the same thing day after day. And if that’s working well for you, then great! Keep it up.
But sometimes, we’re ready to switch it up, and seeing what others eat can be helpful.

Healthy and balanced meals
If you’ve ever heard me talk about how I build meals, you know I focus on getting enough protein and fat, and carbs to balance everything out.
This helps me to not have big blood sugar swings, and it leave me with energy to exercise, be a mom to my 4 kids, and simply do life feeling good!
Here’s what I eat in a day

Morning
Water & then coffee 2x with milkadamia unsweetened creamer before my Les Mills Body Pump workout
Breakfast
Chocolate zucchini pumpkin custard oatmeal with peanut butter (basically banana custard oatmeal but with cocoa powder, zucchini, and pumpkin added)
Snack
Blueberry butternut squash protein smoothie
Lunch
Kale salad with bbq chicken, tortilla strips, cucumber, and guacamole
Snack
Handful of pistachios and apple slices + tea
Dinner
Creamy white chicken enchiladas with tomato/bell pepper salad and avocado
Before bed
Tea + magnesium
