What I’m Reading

A lot of what I’ve been reading has been Fitness: Theory & Practice… but I can’t tell you to read that now can I?!

What I can tell you to read, if you fell so inclined, are a few posts I really enjoyed this week.

I want to teach a class like this.  Sounds like so much fun!

Are you into food budgets?  I sure am.  Ashley and Stephen are too!  I’m way impressed with their goal to get their food budget down to $50/week.  Check out all their tips to lower ever growing grocery bill (one of mine is in there too!) 

Do you want a new way to think about how much protein you’re getting?  Matt has an interesting take on it… focused on vegan protein of course.

I’m making these.  Lucky me I have 2 different sizes of rice paper wraps at home!

Do you like peanut sauce?  I DO!  If I had to pick one sauce to eat forever it would be peanut sauce hands down.  Nicole has been posting quite a few recipe with peanut sauce in them.  I made these – major yum!  I want to make this and that too.

Check out Janetha’s post for a giggle… I’ve see this funny email before and smiled again when I saw it on her blog.

I’m making my mom and I do this workout when we’re on vacation.  It looks brutal and totally awesome!
