This post has way too much going on in the title. Let’s dive into it!
I’ve been eye balling so many awesome workouts lately. I don’t want them to get lost so I’m sharing them today! Not only are they quick and effective, you need no equipment for them. At all. How many to choose from? 7 – one for every day of the week if you want! One from me and 6 from my blog friends.
What I love about this workout: it starts out easier and ends easier (less reps) + you combine cardio with strength. Since you complete it as fast as you can, when you do it again another time, you can see if you beat your first time.
What I love about this workout: Michelle and Lori created this full body workout. You don’t need much space, and by challenging yourself for speed you work even harder!
What I love about this workout: Another workout by Michelle and Lori. Those girls have awesome looking arms, so if they’re telling you all you need is 10 minutes to shape the arms, this is one to save. Plus you get some extra core work too!
What I love about this workout: Katie has some fun workouts. This one isn’t long, all it takes is 20 minutes (or less depending on how quickly you get through the first half!) Plus wall sits are amazing! Love that she threw that in.
What I love about this workout: So technically this isn’t a no equipment workout, but you sure can make it one! Just omit the dumbbells and do body weight exercises for this lower body burner. Tina, I love that you go through this workout 5 times!
What I love about this workout: More core work from Katie. Planks and burpees. Enough said.
What I love about this workout: Tabata workouts are amazing. They are fast and furious. Especially when they work cardio, upper body, lower body and core! In this one you work for 16 minutes, so 4 tabata rounds. How does a tabata work? 20 seconds on (high intensity go-go-go work), followed by 10 seconds of rest – 8 times.
What I love about this workout: I was totally drawn to this workout because of the title – who’s your mama. Then after I moved past the name, I loved the moves. Another tabata. Quick and effective. For the plank rows you would typically use a dumbbell, so to keep it equipment free I’d sub in mountain climbers.
There it is, 7 workouts for your endorphin fueling pleasure!
Do you have any no equipment workouts you love? Please share!
Alright, the second part of the title – Ellie’s workout gear! Recently I became as affiliate with Ellie, which means they sent me some gear to try out. Awesome, I love free clothes. First up were the dark matter leggings.
I’ve worn them twice now, and am in love. They are sooooooo comfortable. I wore them on Friday to teach body pump, and then proceeded to wear them the rest of the day. Yes, I’m gross, I stay in my sweaty workout clothes. Monday I wore them again for body pump and yoga. All day in them and I still loved them. They are forming, but not tight.
Plus I like the lines on them. Sometimes when I wear them the bottom left line is off to the side, and sometimes it’s over my shin like the right side.
I was also sent the black swan tank. It wasn’t the one I picked out, and since there was confusion about the top I’m actually getting a different one sent to try out. I’m not the biggest fan of the style on me personally, so here’s where you come in. I got to keep it, but I want to share it with one of my readers!

That’s all I have for you today. I baked some mini chocolate cupcakes last night. I just need to frost them and I’m taking them with me to cycle.
Have a great Wednesday all!

I love doing circuit workouts – recently I’ve taken them outside to a nearby park and done a 4 corners workout…in one corner I do a plyometric move, in another corner I do some sort of punching move, in another corner I do something on the ground (plank jacks, mountain climbers, etc) and in the last corner I kicking moves. I run to each corner and it makes my workout go by so fast! I do each move for about a minute then run to the next corner, and keep going for about 40 minutes.
That sounds like so much for Ashley! I may have to try it sometime. I have a park near my house I love to run to (when I actually get out to run 🙂 )
I really like wearing tank tops and leggings. But you really have to invest in the leggings it seems. I feel like they just fall apart if they’re not good quality
I’ve really been loving the Ellie gear. I hope they get faster shipping, but as far as the clothing goes, I really like it. My favorite “no equipment exercises” are planks, burpees, and any variation of ab exercises. You can get a great workout without a gym/equipment 🙂
I love workout capris and long tanks
My favorite workout clothes care yoga pants and capris! So comfortable!
Running!!! And I love the capris from lululemon as they are the only ones that stay put on my non curvy frame.
Thank you for including me in this list of fabulous workouts! Both of the ones you included are awesome and like you said burpees and planks…BARF…but oh so worth it. Have a wonderful rest of the week! 🙂
My favorite no equipment workout is strength circuits. I love/hate burpees, walking lunges, box jumps, etc.
I love all kinds of planks.
Plank has got to be the best no-equipment exercise!
I just learned of the awesomeness of legging last fall – where have I been??!! Loving them now.
