But for this new series we’re getting away from yoga, and into strength. You’ll love seeing how in just 10 minutes you can build strength – for real!

Welcome to your 10 minute body burn workout! This is workout #1 in a 4 part series starting this month. In just 10 minute of body weight movement we’ll get right into building strength and feeling that buuuuuuurn with longer holds and moving from one movement to the next. All you need is your body for this quick body burn workout!
