Hip opening stretches
When I ask my yoga students what they want to work on in class, hip opening always makes the list. And for good reason – with all the sitting we do day in and day out, our hips get tight. If we don’t work to counteract that hinge and open them up, they’ll naturally tighten.
Today I’m sharing a 10 minute legs and hip opening slow stretch video. Friends, it is so good! Your lower body will feel ahhhh-mazing at the end. And 10 minutes is so doable, right?
