When do you fit stretching in? As a group fitness instructor, I see countless people leave class right as the time to stretch starts. Those last 5 minutes of class are so beneficial and such a great way to thank you muscles for working so hard during the workout.
Today I’m bringing you a stretch focused video – tack it on to the end of a workout, or bring it out anytime you feel like you need some extra stretching.
