6:00am

I’ve been awake long enough to have coffee ready, hubby’s breakfast and lunch packed and my breakfast of oatmeal beginning to cook on the stove.  6am is typically when I kiss Jacob goodbye and slowly start my morning.

7:00am

Getting close to finishing a sewing project – can’t really show much more than you see below since it’s a christmas gift and I don’t want to spoil the surprise.  I’ve been really enjoying my quiet sewing time in the mornings before Hunter wakes.

8:00am

Hunter and I are about to head downstairs – breakfast is finished and now we’ll play while I do a bit of laundry, picking up and making the bed.  Not much really gets accomplished, since I’m also getting ready to leave the house.  And clearly I’m also unshowered.  Hot.

Arrive at the gym to sub a total body conditioning class.

Can’t really take a picture while I’m actually teaching, so here’s one from right after.  Hunter always uses the potty before we leave the kids club and I change him from a diaper into underwear.  He loves flushing the toilet over and over again.  Little potties are so cute.

11:00am

Hunter happily plays with puzzles while I consign some clothes.  I have been all about clearing out the clutter and unused items lately, so I had a couple bags ready to be taken away.  We spend about 20 minutes there.

12:00pm

Lunch prep is underway.  Salad rolls for me, leftover enchiladas and steamed carrots for Hunter.  He is not a big fan of the sticky rice paper wrappers.  I had the carrots and cucumber pre-cut so assembly was a breeze.

And although it’s a bit later, just had to share the final product: shrimp, avocado, carrot, cucumber and green onion salad rolls with sweet chili sauce.  Peanut sauce is always better, but sweet chili was faster.

1:00pm

Time for Hunter to go down for a nap.  The blur are his legs happily kicking away.

2:00pm

I’m finally showered and sitting down at the computer for a bit.  Wrote this post and sipped on a decaf chia tea with milk… after eating some dark chocolate.

3:00pm

Hunter’s awake!  He waited down there a few extra minutes while I finished my snack (peanut butter on a toasted whole wheat bagel), but it clearly didn’t bother him.  He was jumping and laughing like crazy.  Love when he wakes up happy.

4:00pm

Some extra cuddles and playing on the couch before I leave to teach again.  Jacob’s home early that day so he gets to watch Hunter.  So fun for both of them.

6:00pm

Just sitting down for dinner.  Super easy meal that night, which is a must when I teach in the evening.  Brussel sprouts, our favorite beef breakfast sausage and freshly baked multi-grain bread.

7:00pm

Not normal in the evening, but Hunter wanted a banana so we shared one.  He wanted all of it for himself though.

8:00pm

Kid is down for the night and we’re relaxing on the couch.  Tuesday one of our favorite shows is on – Brooklyn 99 at 8:30pm (not the one pictured below).  Feet are up.  PJs are on.  Feeling tired and ready to do nothing.

9:00pm

I ended up making some progress on Hunter’s beanie – it’s so close to being done!  I watched about 10 minutes more of TV before heading downstairs to bed.

10:01pm

In bed and turning the phone off.  Did some blog reading and instagram viewing before needing to shut my eyes.  I can’t really make it much past 10pm.
