It’s been an exciting week in the Englund household. Not only did we have 2 ultrasounds, we also had a midwife appt, so we heard the heartbeat and saw baby 2 times!
The reason for 2 ultrasounds? This baby did not want to cooperate! Not only for finding out the sex, but for getting good pictures of the heart and different organs too.
Wednesday we came home with this picture.
Girl??
We left mostly thinking girl, but the tech really wasn’t too sure. She just couldn’t get a good look at the lack of goods.
Yesterday we went back and it was confirmed – we’ll be adding a girl to our family come February! Hooray for another lady in the house!
Everything looked perfect and my ultrasound due date based on the baby’s size was spot on with my calculated due date of February 18th.
We have a name picked out, but this time around I feel like keeping it to ourselves, although both our mothers are not too happy about that. Sorry moms, you’ll have to wait too!
