These no bake peanut butter fig bars could not be easier to make! Simply mix all the ingredients together, press into a loaf pan, chill in the fridge and cut into bars. They are super chewy, naturally sweetened with a little honey, studded with seeds, dried figs and mini chocolate chips (if you want). Make a batch today and enjoy a sweet and delicious snack all week long (if they last that long!)

Peanut Butter Fig Bars (No Bake!)

Peanut Butter Fig Bars

Are you a fig fan? Dried fig fan? I love how sweet and caramel like dried figs are. They are something special if you ask me!

No bake bars are some of my favorites because they are seriously so easy! When all you have to do is mix the ingredients up in a single bowl, no heat required, almost anyone can do this! It’s a great recipe to involve kids in.

Even the littlest of kids can get into the mix with these peanut butter fig bars.

Substitution ideas

  • Use any nut or seed butter in place of the peanut butter
  • Substitute in whatever dried fruit you have on hand – diced dates, dried cranberries or diced dried apricots would be lovely
  • Mix up your seeds – use sunflower seed or hemp hearts to change it up
