Wow, it’s August 8th already huh? Time for the 200 sit up challenge to start!
Last week I completed my initial test and ended at 40 sit ups. Yes, it tells me to skip to week 3, but I want the full 6 week experience with all of you!
I remembered a little late, so lunch time sit ups it was.
Who needs workout gear to do sit ups? Not me or my mama! Here’s what we did today:
DAY 1
REST 60 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET (LONGER IF REQUIRED)
SET 1: 15
SET 2: 18
SET 3: 10
SET 4: 10
SET 5: max (at least 14)
For the last set I stopped at 65 but my mama kept going, and going, and going like the energizer bunny.
See she was moving so fast I couldn’t even get a good picture. There was no stopping till she got to 100. You are a rock star mom.
Now my abbies feel tight and contracted for a day of chair sitting.
Let me know if join in on the 200 sit up challenge! I’d love to hear how it goes and when you fit it in throughout the day.

Yay so glad to have you joining!
I totally forgot to start this yesterday! I just wrote it done on my to-do list so I won’t forget tonight. How fun…I’m so much better when I have a challenge/official goal at the end!
Same here, I’m always more motivated with a challenge involved 🙂
