Today I’m sharing a new 10 minute butt workout for women. I love sharing glute workouts because the butt muscles are super important to train for overall movement health! This workout targets the glute medius and overall glute muscles.
After having my 4th baby, I saw a pelvic floor physical therapist. Not only did she examine pelvic floor health, but she tested for overall muscle range and balance. It turned out that my glute medius muscles needed some targeted training to strength. She shared that she sees this often in her physical therapy practice.
So today, I am sharing a quick butt workout that targets the glute medius. A lot of these exercises came directly from my physical therapy work, and are great exercises to incorporate.
