Do you intentionally add core exercises into your workout routine? My new 5 minute oblique and core workout video is so dang quick (hello 5 minutes), and leaves your entire core feeling strong and ready to work for YOU.
What are the oblique muscles?
The obliques are a part of your core and are actually two muscles: the internal obliques and external obliques. They are located along your abdominal wall on the sides from the hips to the rib cages. When you twist, your obliques are working. The internal obliques are directed underneath the external obliques. The obliques are super important because we use them all day long when we do any type of twisting movement.
Our entire core works together, which is why in today’s workout we are focusing on obliques, but the entire core works right along with it. Ya ready?
