Are you looking to move more throughout the day? Join your kiddos for these 15 minutes! Or if you’re looking for a little break, then get them set up to move right along with me and my kiddos.
And hey, if they’re having a harder day (as one of mine did), then know they aren’t alone. It’s challenging navigating this time for kids when they are used to being at school and having such a disrupt to their schedules. I think it’s challenging for all of us!
But movement can be so helpful in those times. Use it as a distraction, a change in pace or a way to connect together.
This is a mini class and a glimpse into the yoga I get to teach to their kindergarten and first grade classes, and I’m so excited to bring it from my house to yours!
