If I had to pick 1 of the 7 yoga workouts during the 7 day mind body yoga reset, today’s detox and digest yoga workout might just be my favorite. I love all the twisting and feel so good after doing this quick yoga workout. I hope you do too!

7 Minutes of Yoga
Detox and digest yoga – 7 minutes of twisting, opening and moving in ways to promote detox and digestion in the body. Yoga can be an amazing tool in your toolbox to help with digestion. This new 7 minute detox and digest yoga class will be sweat to help with detox and twisting to help with digestion. Enjoy!

Here is your mindfulness exercise for today: spend 5 minutes journaling
Journaling is very simple to implement but can be a powerful exercise to use to tap into deep feelings.
Here’s how to start journaling today. Grab a piece of paper and a pen. Find a quiet space just for yourself, set a timer for 5 minutes and just let your stream of consciousness flow on the paper. Write whatever comes to mind. If you need a starting point, start writing about something that’s been bothering you. You don’t need to write with correct spelling or grammar, because no one will see this. When you are done, shred the paper and toss it in the garbage.
