Happy Friday! How’s your day treating you so far? It’s a pretty fantastic Friday over here. Started my day out by teaching Body Pump to a very fun group, then went in for a chiropractic adjustment + massage. Oohhhh how I love massages. I think it’s a must this pregnancy. I’m a knot all the time.
This week I made a little goal for myself: to blog every day. And I actually followed through with that goal! I can’t remember the last time I posted every day, and it felt really good to do that again. It didn’t feel pressured, and I told myself even if it was just a short little post, I’d try to get something up. It’s fun to get back into a rhythm again!
