Today’s podcast episode is for anyone looking to find more joy with what they already have. I’m excited to share my conversation around practical minimalism for moms with Miranda Anderson with you all today!
I’ve been a huge fan of Miranda’s for such a long time. I shared with her that I originally discovered her via oversized paper flowers that she created a tutorial for and I used for one of Zoe’s birthday parties when she was little. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked on her creativity and the positive outlook that she embodies.
Miranda and her family took on the adventure of an entire year of no spending. After this experience, she wrote a book about living a life of abundance which is More Than Enough!
Practical Minimalism For Moms With Miranda Anderson
In episode #125 of Fit Mama Real Food Radio we will get to know Miranda’s story a little more, chat about her year of no spending and learn what practical minimalism looks like. We also chat about how we can learn to love what we have and not need more + tips for practicing minimalism tips with kids. I was so inspired by this conversation with Miranda and I know you will be too!
