Today on the podcast my good friend, and husband’s barber, Garret Olmsted joins me! Garret is the Director of Education for O’Douds and answers all of my questions about how we as consumers can figure out what is actually in our hair products. We chat about what to look for on the back of the bottle, what to look for in a company, and we also dive into a conversation around greasy hair problems. Ever asked yourself what’s in my shampoo? This episode will help you answer that question with more ease!
With COVID-19 keeping us home and not seeing friends, I was overjoyed to chat with my bud Garrett on Zoom for this podcast episode. As you’ll hear in the episode, he’s super fun and very knowledgeable around all things hair and beauty products.
I was especially pumped to chat about greasy hair problems, which is something I deal with. I’m still in the process of figuring out how to best handle the extra grease that shows up daily. This episode gave me a lot to take in!
