Sometimes it kind of hard for me to believe that I have 4 kids. That I’ve had 4 babies all within 6 years – YIKES! I loved being pregnant each time, birthing my babies into the world and getting to know each kiddo with their unique personality. I LOVE BEING THEIR MOM!
With pregnancy comes body changes (as it should be!). Changes in how I think about my body too. I can distinctly think back on my first postpartum experience and recall keeping tabs on how my body changed during those first 9 months postpartum. I even did a whole post baby body series here on the blog! But my mindset has definitely shifted in that sense. I no longer think too deeply about how my body looks.
Sure, I want to look good and feel good in my skin! There is no questions about that. But, it’s not obsessive. It’s not taking over my life and it’s definitely not what gives me happiness.
