Ladies, being a mama is hard work – there is no question of that! Mom guilt and finding balance just make it even tougher. This past weekend we had a lot of family time and space to just connect with one another which was just what I needed.
You see, I’ve definitely had feeling of guilt coming up over the past few weeks. I added (self induced) stress into my life and felt the effects big time. I originally had a different podcast episode planned for today but wanted to open up and share from my heart. I’ve learned over time that if one person is struggling in an area (that being me here), that someone else is too. I know that I am not alone.
