Gratitude turns what we have into enough. I love that quote because it rings so true to me. If you’ve been following me on Instagram and have watched for stories for half a minute, you’ve likely seen my daily gratitude posts.
Sharing 3 things that I am grateful, every single day, has become a habit that I do. I not only do it, but I love it. I appreciate the mindset shift it gives me.
My gratitude practice has helped me to more easily see that amazing life I’ve been blessed with. It helps me to brush off the frustrating or challenging moments with a little more ease.
Do you have a gratitude practice? Have you been curious about what that can look like, and how it can help you? Well my darling friend, then it’s your lucky day!
The gratitude attitude
In episode 98 of Fit Mama Real Food Radio I am sharing all about the gratitude attitude. I’m sharing how it started my gratitude practice, why, what it looks like, how it’s been helpful for me and how you can get started too. I am so passionate about the positivity a gratitude practice can bring to foster a heart that is filled with enough.
