10 Minute Workouts
The other day I found myself needing to run out to the garage where we keep an overflow of food in a small fridge. I saw my weighs, and decided to quickly run through this quick 10 minute upper body burner dumbbell workout. I wasn’t intentionally going out to workout, but I also hadn’t made the time to workout yet that day and it felt so easy to fit 10 minute in, with no interruption to my day.
At the end I felt like I’d gotten a great workout in, and then went and made dinner!
Friends, 10 minutes is so doable. That’s why I’m so excited to continue the 10 minute body burn series! These workouts require no equipment, making them doable for anytime.
