Want to build muscle and boost your metabolism all in just 15 minutes?  This full body strength and plyometrics workout will do just that!  All you need for this quick and effective workout is a single dumbbell plus a mat.  Plyometrics is jump training, so we’ll be heading off the ground if you’re looking for that.  Don’t want to?
