15 Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Circuit Workout Video
Grab a pair of medium dumbbells and join me for this new 15 minute upper body dumbbell circuit workout! Here’s what our workout looks like today. I’ll guide you through a quick warm up then we’ll get right into our upper body strength training circuits. Each circuit includes a cardio burst (hello burpees!) to keep the heart rate up and the challenge on!
CIRCUIT 1 (30 seconds each exercise, repeat 2x through)
- Push Ups
- Back Flys
- Shoulder Press
- Burpees
CIRCUIT 2 (30 seconds each exercise, repeat 2x through)
- In/out bicep curls
- Tricep kickbacks
- Shoulder side raises
- Burpees
FINISHER
- 15 second plank
- 15 second elbow plank
- 15 second plank
- 15 second elbow plank
We’ll stretch it out and we are DONE!
