Let’s put the focus on our abs for this 7 minute yoga abs workout! The core muscles are so important in our daily movement, so today, we’re giving them a chance to become stronger!

Sometimes all we need is to shift our perspective and it changes our whole day.

Feeling stressed? Shift your perspective and flip it to seeing how productive you can be with your time.

Feeling tired and under appreciated? Shift your perspective and instead of looking for someone else to tell you you’re doing great, tell it to yourself.

Give yourself a perspective shift and see the difference it makes on whatever situation you may be in.
