Good morning!
As you all know, I love to workout. I love coming up with workouts, I love doing those workouts on my own, but most of all, I love helping other people workout. One of my favorite types of classes to teach is boot camp. It gives me free rein to do whatever I want. A couple hundred squats, and then some more lunges? Sure why not. Jumping, jumping then more jumping? Don’t mind if I do. 🙂
One thing I always like to keep the same in my classes is not much downtime, especially in my 45 minute classes, which tend to fly by. Less rest = heart rate staying up = more fat burning. So if you give this workout a try (and I hope you do!), rest as little as possible. But do remember, just like I tell my classes, take extra recovery time if you need it. It’s your workout. Listen to your body.

I hope you give the workout a try. If you do, let me know what you think!
What are your favorite kinds of workouts to do on your own? Or, which group classes do you love? Do you moan and groan when instructors tell you to do squats, then more, and then more again…. 🙂

Oh it sounds like a killer! I have a love/hate relationship with squat jumps, but oh boy do they work! ha Can’t wait to give this workout a try! I love ones that work the whole body! More benefit from one workout is great for a busy schedule! Thanks for sharing your masterpiece 😉
