I’ll be starting off the series by answering questions about what a typical day on the food front looks like, my fitness journey, stress management strategies, sleep habits and the best advice I needed to know at the beginning of my healthy living journey.
After this week I have 3 amazing women joining me for the rest of May to share their stories and tips!! It was so fun to record with them and I can’t wait for those episodes to go live over the next few weeks.
