What’s included in the free family meal plan?

I’ve put together 5 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 snack to give you a variety of foods throughout the week. The dinners are strategically built to work together to save you time in the kitchen. Two dinners feed into two other dinners so that you are making dinner even quicker. All the recipes are listed below!

We mamas can agree, anything that gets dinner on the table faster is a WIN!

I put the entire free family meal plan together in a beautiful eBook that you can download, save and print to use at home! It includes the full recipes, a grocery list and strategies if you’d like to prep to simplify your life even more.

The dinner recipes feed 4-6 people. In our family of 2 adults and 4 little kids, a recipe that feeds 4 will typically feed all of us. If you are feeding 6 adults, I would suggest doubling a recipes that has 4 servings and then using the leftovers for a lunch.
