I miss teaching in my community! Seeing my people, connecting face to face and feeling the energy of a class. Group fitness is my jam, and that’s probably one of the hardest parts of staying home. We’re heading into a shelter in place order here in Washington for the next couple of weeks (although we’ve been doing this the past week already), which means all non essential business are closed – the gym included!

Movement has been key being home with all 4 kids. It brings me joy, but also relieves stress.
This week I have a new 20 minute fit yoga workout, which is like a condensed version of my 60 minute fit yoga class I teach.
We get to everything in this one. Breath, warm up, build strength, focus on balance, stretch and relax. I hope you love this one and can enjoy doing it with someone in your home! My kids will for sure be joining me.
