Simple ingredients you’ll need

- Fresh lemon juice – Adds brightness and a tangy balance to the sweetness of the kiwi.
- Ice cubes – Keeps it cool and refreshing. Crushed or whole, both work well.
- Lemon or lime flavored seltzer water – For fizz and flavor without added sugar or calories.
Optional additions:
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish or muddling – Mint pairs perfectly with the citrus and kiwi.
- Kiwi slices or lemon slices for serving – These elevate the look of your drink and give it a fun, summery feel.

Tips & Variations
- Swap lemon juice for lime juice for a slightly different citrus twist. Orange or grapefruit juice would be delicious here, too!
- Want it a little sweeter? Add a touch of maple syrup or simple syrup when you muddle the kiwi.
- Turn it into a kiwi mojito by muddling in fresh mint leaves.
- Make it a spritzer with club soda or sparkling water instead of seltzer.
