Hello delicious healthy mocha chocolate chip muffins! The pairing of chocolate with a hint of coffee (decaf if you’re making these for kiddos!!), is quite amazing! These healthy muffins are naturally sweetened with a little maple syrup and applesauce, they are totally oil-free, are gluten-free, and still incredibly moist muffins! Coffee brings out the chocolate flavor even more, which makes these treats even more chocolatey. There’s definitely nothing wrong with that!
Mocha chocolate chip muffins
Coffee and chocolate were meant to mix together! I don’t know about you, but I love the combo.
Make these muffins with decaf coffee to share with the kids, or regular to keep to yourself!

These sound perfect! I LOVE coffee… 🙂
They may induce a vicious cycle, but it seems like one worth braving 😉 Coffee + chocolate = perfection!
I am the same way about baking, I want to eat it all! That is why I don't end up baking all that much.

These look super delicious! I'm not a coffee fan, so I may make some substitutions. I wonder if they would be good for breakfast? I hope!

Never heard of using chickpea flour in muffins, I’d love to try this, it sounds unusual but it looks lovely and chocolatey.
*kisses* HH
You can’t even tell there’s chickpea flour in them. Just another way to speak in a healthy flour.
