It’s just about mid-December right now. We’re full on in holiday mode. We went to see the zoo lights (first time for us!), have been enjoying hot cocoa with whip, all the Christmas movies and lights are up on our house. It’s truly been a wonderful time!
The most wonderful time of year… can be filled with stress though. Do you feel me?
Movement might be lacking (my schedule has definitely been off!), we have more on our plate, and more activities to do. It’s a lot and can be hard. I feel you friend if you’ve found this season stressful.
Today, and for the next 2 podcast episodes I’m morphing them into mini episodes. Each episode will be under 20 minutes, and leave you with 5 actionable tips to implement right away to reduce stress (today’s episode), eat well and move your body.
I am taking in these tips on right along with you. Let’s enjoy this season the most we can!
