3-Ingredient Strawberry Chocolate Greek Yogurt Fudge
Greek yogurt is quickly becoming one of my favorite additions to sweet treats (my obsession for Snickers yogurts runs deep!).
It’s an easy way to add protein and has the best texture when chilled or frozen, too!
Combining melted chocolate with yogurt gives you the best fudge-like texture. It’s creamy and delicious, and definitely not like a traditional fudge recipe.
It’s better because the ingredients are better, and it tastes amazing!
Why you’ll love this healthy fudge recipe
3 ingredients – No fuss, pantry-friendly, and budget-friendly. Plus, it’s quick to prep and can be chilled in the fridge or freezer.
Better for you – Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein without heavy cream. Use dark chocolate to keep it lower in sugar, too!

- Greek yogurt – Adds creaminess, protein, and a subtle tang.
- Dark chocolate chips – Dark chocolate is best, but milk chocolate, or even white chocolate chips will work too.
- Strawberries – Fresh strawberries work best, but freeze-dried strawberries add extra sweetness and texture.
How to make this easy fudge recipe
Step 1: In a large bowl, melt chocolate chips over low heat using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time. Once smooth, stir Greek yogurt into the melted chocolate until fully combined. Fold in diced fresh strawberries (or freeze-dried for a firmer texture).
Step 2: Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop mixture into rounds and place on a parchment paper–lined baking dish or tray.
Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. You can also chill it faster in the freezer.

How to store leftovers
This creamy chocolate fudge should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can also freeze it for up to 3 months – thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
For the best texture, enjoy fudge slightly chilled to keep the strawberries fresh and the texture more firm.
Substitutions, optional variations & dietary adjustments
Below you’ll find a list of substitutions that will work well in this chocolate strawberry dessert recipe.
If you try something different out, please leave a comment below letting us all know how it turned out!
Greek yogurt – Use coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free option.
Chocolate chips – Swap for white chocolate chips for a “pink fudge” look or use a mix of milk and dark chocolate for depth.
Fresh strawberries – Replace with freeze-dried strawberries for a firmer fudge that lasts longer. Frozen diced strawberries will work too!
Extra flavor – Add a drizzle of maple syrup for sweetness or a pinch of sea salt for contrast.
