Legs are one of my favorite muscle groups to train. I feel SO strong when I’m working them, and today’s 10 minute leg burner workout video will leave YOU feeling strong too!
The great part about doing leg and glute exercises is that you don’t need additional weights to get an amazing workout in. Training with your bodyweight will still challenge the lower body!
My favorite benefit of a bodyweight workout is that you can do it anywhere! On vacation? You can do lunges. In a small space? All you need is enough room for your body.
Squats and lunges, and especially with the pulses and isometric holds in this video, really up the challenge and work in a short amount of time!
