Colorful Cooking For Kids is all about bringing kids in the kitchen, and encouraging them to cook and eat colorfully. Eating the rainbow of produce allows us to get vitamins, minerals and all the goodness nature provides in a beautiful, delicious way. Colorful food is enticing and fun!

I’ve created resources to help you bring your kids in the kitchen and teach them how to cook! My hope is that you create memories, have fun and nourish yourselves.
