How to fit movement in

We all have 5 minutes, right? The beauty of this 5 minute workout is that you can repeat it all throughout the day to get a little, or a lot of movement in. It is an intense one!

Here’s how the intense 5 minute workout goes

There are 2 exercises: one combo move, and one isolated move. We will go through each of the exercises for 30 seconds, and repeat them until we get through 5 minutes of work. Done and DONE.
